My unique approach to training is diverse. My aim and passion is to improve every element of your life - creating a program to help you blossom and watch your whole life improve. Challenging life events have also affected me not only physically but mentally, sometimes taking me to rock bottom. So starting from there, I had to drag myself back up more than once and I learned that the person I can change, is me. With this perspective and hard work I found that I can connect and relate to anyone to help them get to their goal. Whether it's getting a little more confidence, being able to ask someone out, maybe going for a promotion at work or even just a smile when you look in the mirror, I believe that training is much more than just working out. It helps with so much more than your body. So if I can do it by myself, my clients (you) can too, with me by your side. The programs are based on the NASM's OPT model. Integrated training is a concept that incorporates all forms of training in an integrated fashion as part of a progressive system. These forms of training include flexibility training, cardiorespiratory training, core training, balance training, plyometric training, speed; agility and quickness training. The OPT Model was brought to life as a program for a society that has more structural imbalances and susceptibility to injury than ever before. It is a process of programming that systematically progresses any client to any goal. I absolutely love food and I love to eat, and I don't think you should suffer to look your best. There are so many options and varieties of great tasting dishes and snacks, and you can have a lot of freedom while losing weight or getting in shape. I always try to come up with healthy alternatives of foods I love, like pasta, pizza, cakes and ice cream. I have been overweight as a child and teenager, and I used to eat less back then. With basic knowledge and frequent exercise, everything changes.
